United Way of Bradford County’s Top Dogs for the Cause – Vendor Application

• Vendor participation is limited to food vendors (including food trucks) and vendors offering items for DOGS ONLY.
• All vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance naming United Way of Bradford County as an Additional Insured.
• Vendor space is limited. Qualified vendors will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
• Vendor participation cost is $10 per space PLUS a donation of a gift basket or gift certificate valued at $25 or more. Gift baskets will be raffled off to assist in raising funds.
